The professional maintenance visit costs £70 for the first hour. Additional time is £35 per 30 minutes. Materials are additional. A–Z is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added.

Suitable straightforward work can include taps, toilet mechanisms, waste fittings and minor accessible leaks within competence.

Some straightforward household replacement and fitting jobs may be possible where appropriate. Work needing specialist certification should be undertaken by a qualified electrician.

Jamie does not personally carry out gas work. Where an agreed installation needs it, an appropriately registered Gas Safe engineer is brought in, with responsibilities and costs agreed in the project scope.

Yes. A relative can arrange the appointment, provide the list and remain the main contact.

A–Z is based in LE3 and typically covers Leicester and surrounding Leicestershire areas within around 12 miles. Larger jobs and planned work slightly farther away may be considered by arrangement.

Yes. Complete kitchen and bathroom fitting, bespoke media walls and suitable wall-building projects are assessed and given a fixed written quotation. The scope identifies preparation, products, fitting, finishing, specialist involvement and exclusions. Changes are agreed before additional chargeable work proceeds.
