Maintenance visits start at £70. Full kitchens, bathrooms, bespoke media walls and suitable larger projects receive a separate fixed written quote for the agreed scope.
An agreed visit and up to one hour of labour.
Materials are additional. Planned or larger work is quoted separately. No VAT is added.

What additional time looks like
The same simple rate continues in half-hour blocks for suitable visit work. A separate quote is clearer when a job needs measurement, sourcing or several stages.
Make one visit more useful.
If the first repair or fitting might be quick, add the other hinges, handles, shelves, sealant, assembly or adjustments you have been postponing. A–Z can work through as much as is reasonably possible.

Before arranging a visit
How much is a visit?
The professional maintenance visit costs £70 for the first hour. Additional time is £35 per 30 minutes. Materials are additional. A–Z is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added.
Can I ask about one small job?
Yes. The first-hour minimum still applies, so it can be useful to add any other suitable jobs around the property.
Can you do several jobs during one visit?
Yes. Send the whole list and mark the priorities. A–Z will work through as much as is reasonably possible.
Can I send photos on WhatsApp?
Yes. Open the A–Z WhatsApp chat, add a wider view and a close-up of the problem, then send the postcode and any useful product details.
Do you bring materials?
Material needs can often be discussed from photos or after assessment. Materials are charged separately.

The hourly table above is for maintenance visits, not a way to price a full kitchen or bathroom. Jamie assesses the products, preparation, fitting, finishing and specialist involvement, then gives a fixed written quote with clear inclusions and exclusions.
