The maintenance visit rate is for suitable everyday repairs and fitting, not an open-ended price for a full installation. The quote identifies included labour, materials, specialist involvement and any exclusions. Changes are discussed and agreed before additional chargeable work proceeds.

Yes. Share the product details before buying or arranging delivery where possible. The scope must identify compatibility, quantities, fittings, trim and what A–Z supplies. Jamie explains any apparent missing or unsuitable items before fitting.
